How do I use a coupon code?
After checkout, input the coupon code and click "APPLY" or click "Choose coupon" to use one of your coupons.
Why is my coupon not working?
If your coupon is not working, the reason will be given when you try to apply the coupon code.
Common reasons include:
- The coupon has expired.
- The coupon may have been used already.
- The coupon can only be used a limited amount of times and has reached this limit.
- The coupon code has been incorrectly entered.
- The items on your card cannot be used with the coupon. Some coupons are restricted to certain products, categories, or promotion pages.
- Each coupon has a limited number of times, If your coupon does not work, maybe the coupon exceeds an available number of times
Please pay attention to the clothing size:
- Measure your size correctly;
- Take notice of the different sizing standards;
- Please check measurements on each item page carefully also before placing an order;
- Please note that there may be a 1-inch difference or so due to different measuring methods, styles, and size systems, but this is normal.
Do I have to order online?
Yes, as we are an online retailer, you can only order online. This is the best way to pay. It is fast, safe, and secure.

Is it safe to order online?
You can be assured that shopping with us is safe! We are a member of "Verified by Visa" and "Secure by Mastercard", providing additional security when using your payment cards online. We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address, and other critically sensitive information like your credit/debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.
How to check my order status?
Please log into your account, click "My Order" and you will see the order status straightaway.
How can I change the shipping address/sizes?
Please contact us via email (support@lovelywholeday.com) if you want to do changes to your order, if the order is still under processing, then the customer service will help you, but if the order was shipped out already, sorry, no changes anymore.
Can I cancel my order?
- Canceling an unpaid order:
Please log into your account, click "My Order" click on the "Cancel Order" button, and submit the reason why you cancel the order. Your order will be canceled.
- Canceling a paid order:
If you haven't received the shipping notification, you can contact our customer service for assistance.

please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return it for a refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by third-party logistics.
